For me, this started with birthday cakes. My grandmother made mine every year — and when my niece Gigi came along, I made hers. Turns out, once you experience the joy of baking for the people you care about, there’s no turning back.

I spent fifteen years in fashion and beauty in New York, thinking about how things look and feel and land with people. In 2025 I relocated to Santa Fe and came back to the thing I'd always loved most — making something by hand, from scratch, for my community right here.

Gigi's is named for my niece, and built on that same idea — that the best thing you can offer someone is something made carefully, just for them. Everything is baked out of my home kitchen in Santa Fe, to order, one batch at a time.
